Collision and body repair

Accident damage repaired properly, with the work explained before it starts.

What we repair

We repair vehicles of every size, from compact sedans to heavy-duty trucks. Typical jobs include:

  • dents and creases in body panels
  • bumper and fender damage
  • paint scratches and keyed paint
  • major panel damage after a collision

How a repair works

  1. Assessment. We inspect the damage, including areas that are not obvious from the outside, and explain what the repair involves.
  2. Repair. Panels are repaired or replaced, and where the structure is affected the work moves into our frame and structural repair.
  3. Refinishing. Repaired areas are painted and matched to the rest of the vehicle. See auto painting.
  4. Handover. Your vehicle goes back to you with our workmanship guarantee. If your car has driver-assistance systems, see how we handle ADAS.

If you have just had an accident

  • Make sure everyone is safe and exchange details with the other driver.
  • Take photos of the damage and the scene if you can.
  • Tell your insurance company. You are free to choose which shop repairs your car.

Common questions

Will you check for damage I can't see?

Yes. We look at the whole vehicle, not only the visible damage, because hidden damage can affect how the car drives and how safe it is.

Do I need to call my insurance company before I come in?

Not necessarily. You can get an estimate from us first. If you are filing a claim, our insurance claim page explains how we help.
